Public Offer Contract for the Provision of Paid Services

  • Access to restricted sections of the Website is granted only to registered Users. Sharing login credentials is prohibited, and Users bear full responsibility for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
  • Any software available for download from the Website is protected by copyright laws and remains the intellectual property of the Contractor or its licensors.
  • The Contractor does not guarantee the absence of errors or external code fragments in the software.

4. Responsibilities of the Parties


  • The User agrees not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
  • The Contractor is not responsible for losses due to inaccurate information provided by the User.
  • The Contractor strives to maintain optimal Website functionality but is not liable for technical issues caused by third parties, including internet disruptions and unauthorized cyber activities.

5. Payment and Refund Policy


  • Payments for services are processed through approved payment methods available on the Website.
  • Refunds are considered only in cases of service failure caused directly by the Contractor.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in account termination.

6. Force Majeure

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Refund Policy


10.1 Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  1. Product Malfunction at the Time of Purchase

    • If the product does not function upon activation, the customer must provide video proof (a recorded clip) demonstrating the issue.
    • If the issue can be resolved through troubleshooting, a refund will not be issued.
  2. Product Fails to Launch on the Customer’s PC

    • If the product does not start on the customer’s system, the customer must attempt a full reinstallation of Windows.
    • If the product remains non-functional after Windows reinstallation and troubleshooting by our support team, a refund may be issued.

10.2 Refunds Will NOT Be Provided If:

  • The customer refuses to follow setup instructions or support guidance.
  • The product is under maintenance or update.
  • The customer no longer needs or wants the product after purchase.
  • The customer purchased the wrong product.
  • The product was used on multiple computers, triggering an HWID lock.
  • The customer was banned from a game or service after using the product.
  • The customer failed to check product availability before purchasing.
  • The customer lost or forgot their account credentials.
  • The customer engaged in reverse engineering, product monitoring, or any other unauthorized activities leading to an internal loader ban.
  • The product has been discontinued or is no longer supported by the developer.

10.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds, if approved, will only be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • All refund requests must be submitted to the site administration for review.
  • By purchasing from Evicted.fun, the customer agrees to this refund policy and acknowledges that chargebacks or disputes against these terms may result in permanent service termination.
